Teacher resources and Professional Development Days are there to support the health and wellbeing of the teacher, enabling them to be positive role models for their students whilst improving their own health outcomes. Self care is delivered in hands on sessions that provide teachers with the tools to break the barriers to choosing healthy behaviours such as stress, time and information overload!
