Many people think that in order to achieve a fit and healthy body you need a gym membership or lots of equipment. The Happywhenfit Fitness Circuit is designed to help you utilise the most versatile, challenging, and inexpensive tool you have – Your own body! This guidebook breaks down all of our major body groups to give you a variety of exercises from beginner to advanced, catering to all levels and fitness abilities. You will learn how to create your own quick circuits and effectively learn how to use the space around you to select the right types of exercises to challenge you.

Exercises are colour coded to help you choose your ability level and work towards higher levels as you progress. They are as follows:

Blue: Beginner exercises for those new or returning to circuit training, still developing baseline whole body strength and needing some practice to improve their confidence in good execution of basic exercises

Purple: Intermediate exercises for those with some good existing base level whole body strength who find beginner exercises too easy and may already be working towards being capable of executing some advanced exercises.

Red: Advanced exercises requiring the highest level of strength and physical fitness. Those in this category have outstanding wholebody strength and endurance. They are body aware and show great form and technique executing exercises.
